When will I receive my order?

  • We will try at best to ship your order the same day your order is placed.  However, normal processing time usually takes between 1-2 business days. You should receive your order within 3-10 buisness days from the date of ship (in some cases possibly sooner depending on current shipping conditions).

  •  Orders are generally shipped from the Dallas, Texas Forth-Worth Area, Los Angeles, Colorado, Atlanta, Ga and Internationally.

What is your return policy?

  • All sales are FINAL. We do not offer exchanges, returns and/or refunds.
  • We will only exchange defective merchandise (of equal value) only within eight days from the shipping date along with the invoice. The merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging, unused, uncarried, unworn, free of any stains, perfumes, soil, lining in tact where applicable and any apparent wear and tear of any kind of the like. If the item is returned/received with obvious use in referenced to the above mentioned, your exchange will be subject to refusal.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

  • Yes, we provide expedited shipping. Due to depending on the size of your order, the location it's being shipped to and the time frame in which you would like to receive your order, the cost for expedited shipping will be determined after your order has been placed.
